A sunny, bright morning for the Under 9's to show their development. The 4 Players, Harry, Charlie, Ed and Cameron took part in a round-robin with the Oadby team to show off their hard training and rapid evolution into the world of Contact Rugby.

Lions and Oadby put on a very good natured set of games, organised with the grateful assistance of Oadby. We played four games, with fine skills shown by all. Highlights included Ed slicing through the defence, to be brought down short of the line, only to pop-pass to a team mate for the score, great work Ed. Cameron feverishly tackling anything that moved, and running one in. Charlie carrying the ball and recycling from the ground and finally Harry who carried the ball well and made some great tackles.

A fantastic display, well done everyone and a big thank you to all the Parents / Carers and Supporters for turning out on such a fine day.
